Meet Our Founder
Billy Gibbs
Billy started his career in Cincinnati with what is today’s Cushman & Wakefield (was Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, which became Cassidy Turley), where he completed over 200 transactions in less than 5 years.
After moving to Nashville, he joined Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone which became Avison Young. After 2 marketplaces within 2 shops wearing 4 different jerseys, Billy decided to branch out on his own and start a boutique firm, Liberty Commercial Realty, LLC in June of 2021.
The vast majority of his experience resides within the industrial occupier arena, though he has successfully completed transactions across various commercial property types.
